The bathing process at Pet Care Specialists involves a massaging bath using the Hydro-Surge Bathing System. This therapeutic system aerates the fresh water and shampoo as it sprays onto your pet. This creates a soothing and enjoyable bath that is especially beneficial for older pets or those with sore muscles, however, they all enjoy the massaging features of this system.

The unique design of the Hydro-Surge system actually lifts the coat, allowing shampoo to penetrate fully to the surface of the skin, something that cannot be achieved with the traditional method of squeezing shampoo into the hand.  Lifting the coat is necessary to remove excess oils from the skin to promote skin and coat health. Often, pets that have suffered from bald patches or spots that have been shaved but never grown back quite right will grow in new fur because of the health benefits inherent in this. After fully cleaning your pet's coat, we condition the coat to soothe the dry skin and coat that many pets suffer from, and allow the coat to properly release the undercoat so that we can brush this out and reduce the shedding you see at home.
