Pet Care Specialists, LLC is developing pet grooming salons in Tennessee and will be expanding to the surrounding states with plans of being nationwide. A pent-up demand exists for the care and maintenance of an ever growing number of domestic animals in the United States. As a result, the pet industry has become the 7th largest retail segment in the United States. The number of pet grooming facilities has failed to keep up with this growth and Pet Care Specialists intends to capture a significant portion of the estimated $2.4 billion in annual expenditures for pet-related services such as grooming and boarding. This represents a 4.3% increase over the amount spent for such items in 2004 in the United States.

Pet Care Specialists will provide an opportunity for pet owners to experience professional grooming services utilizing state of the art equipment and products. Only pet groomers who are graduates from state licensed pet grooming educational institutions will be offered the opportunity to provide services in Pet Care Specialists salons. This will ensure a unique grooming experience for our pet parents' companion animals.
